Recommended Dress We recommend wearing your swimsuit under comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet. A hat, sunglasses, a towel, and sunscreen are also suggested. It is also suggested to wear a light jacket in winter months.

It is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back problems, or those who have recently undergone surgery. Guests with disabilities must be accompanied by a caregiver who has also paid for the tour. There are no weight or height restrictions to participate. An identification card of the individual who made the reservation is required. Activities depend on optimal weather conditions. Participants must be 18 or older to drink alcohol in Mexico and must have an ID to prove their age. Children ages 0-4 are not able to participate.
